Tidy hotel in a very luxurious building short walk to the excellent restaurants and spa, various parts of Japan and the Ginza and Hanzomon subway lines. Early check-in, competent employees. Nicely decorated rooms, amazing interior. Panoramic view of the Tokyo skyline from the window. Very good service throughout the property. Late check out. Comfortable bed and best possible location literally next door to a metro station. Local food in the tapas restaurant in the vicinity.

Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, employees are welcoming, and location is favourable in a wonderful district of the city. I enjoyed my room - fairly quiet and luxurious with an amazing view of the skytree tower. All in all they offer impeccable service. Besides, for internet venue charges usd 12 per 24 hours. Thank you for a fantastic stay: )

I really enjoyed my stay here. the body scrub and the steam room were such great ways to unwind after a busy day. Even though the room service took a little longer than expected sometimes, it didn't put a damper on my trip. I'd definitely recommend trying the spa. it was a highlight for me! 😊
